  Very friendly reception and helpful much better than other hotels i have stayed in Amsterdam and for the location the price was excellent.we normally stay at the Van Gelder hotel which is only 4 doors away and the hotel Delta is 90 Euros cheaper per room for the weekend and at the Delta you also get a breakfast included in the price...Coffee,Orange... τι λέει ο κόσμος » juice..Cerials..Scrambled Eggs..Beans..Bacon.. - This was our fourth stay at the Delta, and each visit has been more pleasant than those previous. Delta continues to upgrade the rooms and facilities and we will continue to stay there when we visit Amsterdam. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant serves a good varied menu at reasonable prices (15% discount for hotel guests) and the ample breakfast buffet is great!

  The hotel is really wonderful! We stayed there with my friend for 4 nights at the end of May and were really suprised with everything. First, location. You're in the centre but away from the noisy crowd. Dam Square is within 15 min walk. The tram stop is just next to the hotel so it's really easy to get everywhere in Amsterdam. When I arrived to the hotel tired after a long travel the manager offered me complimentary tea/coffee and gave very useful tips about what to see and where to go.   We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. This hotel is located away from the city centre in a business and residential neig - The hotel was very close to the transit line and you could be in the city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. The restaurant served first class food and drinks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and were more than happy to help with anything. They had good quality bikes you could rent for 24 hours if you were so inclined. There was a very diverse clientele while we were there, from soccer teams, newly weds, business people, s
