I was offered freeupgrade of my room which was great on the part of the hotel staff. Vary easily accessible by tram from the centralstation. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Great experience - I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, and last week. The rooms are renovated and I had double room even had a reservation for single. Hotel staff is great- I could check out at noon instead of 11. You can't find better 3 stars hotel for such money and location in Amsterdam
