Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round. - Amazing interior design, small nice details all over hotel and rooms
- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!
- Location is very central and within walking distance to the city center and some of the main attractions

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. The hotel was very nicely located. The tram stop right outside took you right into the center of Amsterdam and it was only a 15 minute journey! We were also told that surrounding shops gave you a discounted service just for staying at this hotel! So that was pleasant. The hotel itself was very clean -
we are married couples with a child 1 years old. The hotel is sooo nice, clean, simple and modern, friendly staff, beside restaurants and super markets, discounts I can get in many shops if I make online check in, beside a tram station, the position is so nice.Perfect for the price, although the price is not including in it changing towels or cleaning service or the TV, but I still found I dont need these things If I just use the hotel for sleeping

Our room was well equipped, and had access to a shared balcony. The rates are very reasonable by A'dam standards. -
I loved the location, private bathroom and room size. It was walking distance to the museums, public transportation to the airport and other areas was around the corner from the hotel. The rooms were clean, bathrooms as well, cable television and heating.
