I am a very friendly person, Australian. I found the staff including
Martin (?spelling) to be very helpful and concerned that I had an
enjoyable time. I am an Andre Rieu fan since the Unsolved murder of my

Spectacular, beautiful design hotel rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed and furnished. Room 7/Nana was exceptional, split level and so spacious. Felt more like my own apartment.
Beds are HUGE and incredibly comfortable. Service was excellent and the swimming pool, although I was unable to use it, looked beautiful.

Very nice personnel, old style but functional, nice restaurants around - The staff were truly friendly, helpful and quite understanding even towards the children(1 and 4 years). You enter the hotel through the café right on the Vrijthof and welcomed
as part of the family. Really appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival
after a long day in the car. We had a lovely dinner and lunch and really

The staff were very welcoming on our arrival to start our honeymoon. There was a bottle of champagne awaiting us in our room. They accommodated our every needs throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and especially Room 6 overlooking the beautiful square at Christmas. A wonderful experience and we have personally thanked all the staff at the hotel.

This Hotel is run by Family Rekko located in a quiet district near Helpoort. The elder gentleman (should be the owner) was nice, speaking slow but very clear English. At the first day we were the only two guests, but breakfast still well-prepared with boiled eggs and hot tea/coffee. Excellent service. -

The location of the hotel was very close to the centre of Maastricht and a 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the hotel had a 24 hour reception which suited our late arrival. The reduced rate was excellent! - The staff were very helpful in changing our room to enable us to use their WIFI internet access
