The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we arrived, they gave us a
map and showed us the location of the main attractions of the city. We
decided to stay another day and they helped us to reschedule our train

The heating worked well and the bathroom is comfortable. We stayed in a
front apartment, but the street is quiet and we heard no noise. -
My daughter and I both loved the location ... the residential area and the close proximity to Vondel Park. The twenty minute walk through the park each morning and afternoon was the perfect transition into the city and back.

Great hotel for the money! Tram line was rite outside and 10 mins max tothe centre! The staff were helpfull! The room was modern and much biggerthan it looks in the photos! It feels really safe with the securityguards always around. Compared to the 2 star hotels closer into town Iwould happily pay twich the ammount to still stay at this hotel! Have

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -
Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the recept

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, tram stop right outside taking you straight to the centre and only minutes from the lovely Vondelpark so you also feel away from it all. Despite the proximity to the main road we experienced no traffic noise whatsoever in our room. We had a triple room which was minimal, clean and comfortable. The owner/staff were fantastic - friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable. The single rooms were on the small side, as it is an old family house but that added to the character. He offered to assist me in carrying a tray of food to my room for my sleepy sister on at least three mornings. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located on tram line #2. The hotel sells tram line and Van Gogh museum tickets. Wonderful!

The hotel was very well localizated (about 20 minutes of the centre).
The breakfeast was amazing: diferente types of bread, cereals, fruit, cakes, croissants, juice, yogurt, milk, coffee ... Definitely may favorite thing in the hotel.

The hotel is newly refurnished, rooms are quite small but enough if you don't intend to spend the whole day inside. Ask for a standard room, not a small room. Breakfast is good, large choice. Located next to concert hall, van gogh museum and rijskmuseum. Tram nr.16 has a stop in front of the hotel, and will take you to Dam Square in 10 mins and Central Station in 12-15 mins. The area is wonderful, sorrouded by houses made of bricks.

Comparing the three hotels I've been in my recent european trip, with the same rates as them, Hotel Omega lived up to my expectations in terms of facilities, cleanliness, service, and I could say that I got my money's worth for the stay there. - The girl on arrival was very nice, and helpful. And the tram system in to town was really easy to follow
