I thought Hotel Ajax was a fantastic place to stay, Always had clean towels and sheets + toilet was cleaned regular within the 5 days i stayed here. Staff were extremely friendly...... I was overwhelmed by the value and comfort of this hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and well equipped, as are the bathrooms, breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Iv stayed here three times now and usually have the en suite bedroom on top floor but this time we could not so stayed in the shared facilitied bedroom. this was ok for one night but if staying any longer time I would recommend the ensuite room. but however no problmes with the shared bathroom and our bedroom was clean and tidy and perfect for our

It was very interesting to leave in a real hause in the centre of Amsterdam.The hosts were very nice and welcoming. In a kitchen it is possible to have breakfast. Very good central location, not far from the main central station andthe centre of the city. The train stop is just near the hause. There are several shops near by.

Good location close to nice cafes and shops, walked almost everywhere.The staff was nice. Rooms are not very large, but probably pretty standard for an Amsterdam hotel room, adequate, clean with a comfortable bed and free wi-fi. will stay there during my next visits in Amsterdam.

Niels provided outstanding service. He was personable and extremely helpful. When I first arrived in Amsterdam I got myself lost in the red light district and he came to pick me up. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms.

The location of the hotel was really close to all the hotspots within Amsterdam!
The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day.

In my opinion for the money it was a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! -
Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10
