Please note that 10% of the total price of the reservation is required by bank transfer or PayPal within 48 hours after booking. Without the 10% prepayment your reservation will be cancelled by the property. The property will contact the guests with bank transfer and PayPal details. It is only possible to pay with credit card (visa) and debit card through a PayPal link that the property send to the guests on request. Please note that for bookings that are made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, this accommodation requires a 50% pre-payment within 4 hours after the reservation is made. If this pre-payment is not made within those 4 hours, the reservation will be cancelled. Please note that the fixed amount of EUR 250 stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that the obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 75 needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that the apartment is located on the third and fourth floor and is only accessible by steep stairs. Please note that smoking is only allowed in the living room. Smoking in the toilets, bathrooms, bedrooms, corridors and in front of the building is prohibited. It is compulsory to use an ash tray in the living room and open the windows for ventilation. Please note that smoking marihuana is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony or terrace. Please do not cause any noise disturbances for the neighbours, especially after 22:00. Guests should not talk loud or play music after this hour. Please note that external guests can not sleep at the apartment. Please close the windows when you leave the apartment. Please note that placing garbage outside the building is only allowed on official garbage days. Please use the container in the apartment for all your garbage. Please do not leave empty beer crates or other beverages in the apartment or garden. For each empty crate you will be charged EUR 15 transportation costs. When the house rules above are not respected, your deposit may be deducted. A security deposit of EUR 450 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
