Please note that apartments have no reception. You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. - For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the Guest comments box. The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. - Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. - Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00. Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees.
