Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

Great design, great taste...from the entrance to waiting room tobathroom and room. Conveniently located. The manager, Mhammed was veryhelpful, courteous and welcoming. - Very responsive staff--treated me like a VIP and immediately fixed any problems that arose

Everything! This hotel is underrated, I think they deserve 5 stars. Rooms are clean, with all kinds of little details. The overall hotel is well maintained and invinting. Food is fabulous, and breakfast buffet all one could wish for. Staff very quick and friendly, when you ask for something it is done in just moments. Very pleasant surprise! -

Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us
directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log.
The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards.
I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

In the middle of the poverty, the darkness, the dirtiness and the big confusion of the Casablanca town centre this hotel is a great oasis! Location was good in relation to the metro system and nearby market.
Very good hotel with lots of facilities and the room was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and the fact they gave us rooms on the same floor. -

Its real nice hotel with nice staff member , especially " Omar " he is managing the reception staff I guess, he kept everything simple, every inquiry we had he managed to explained it simply, also when we need to extend our stay though it was high season he managed to do it for us. -

The lady receptionist was polite and helpful when we arrived. The door men couldn't do enough for us, getting us a taxi to go out the evening we stayed, and the next morning for the train station.
Breakfast was good; plenty of breads, cheese, jams etc, and scrambled eggs if wanted. lots of sweet biscuits also.

Traditional look and feel to this hotel. You would not find something similar outside of Morocco. I stayed here my first two nights in the the country and got accustomed to the wonderful breakfast buffet served there. Little did I know that it would be the only such breakfast served. All other riads I stayed in served pretty much the same breakfast with coffee/teas, juice and Moroccan bread. Adequate, but not even close to the yummy array at Moroccan house. The staff was the very best part of this hotel and I HIGHLY recommend it - it was my birthday and they spoiled myself and my friend incredibly! Both at midnight in the bar + on my actual birthday with a delicious cake and presents for both of us. Everyone was really friendly and helpful - a big genuine thank you! -
