Riad Shaloma is situated within the walls of the medina and just a 5-minute walk to Al Bahia Palace. It offers 24-hour reception with a tour desk and car rental service. Shuttles can also be arranged through the riad. Free Wi-Fi access and a seating area are provided in each air-conditioned room. All rooms have their own bathroom and open onto a patio or terrace. A continental breakfast is included every morning and Moroccan dishes can be ordered for lunch and dinner. Meals can be taken on the sunny terrace, on the shady, interior patio or in the guest lounge. Guests can walk to El Badii Palace in 5 minutes. Traditional markets in Jamaâ El Fna are a 10-minute walk away. Marrakech-Menara Airport is 7 km from Riad Shaloma.

The staff in there were just great. Chafik and his brother Abdelhaq are really nice guys. They helped us a lot and did everything to make us feel comforted and safe. They also has a nice breakfast. We didn't have a dinner there but people were saying it's also nice. The rooms are clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Riad. Accomodations were very comfortable & the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended. Would recommend that you have the hotel staff meet you as it is in the Medina which can be confusing. Great stay!.

The staff are extremely helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The dinners we ate in the Riad are superb. beautiful riad. great design, nice spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. very clean. Friendly staff, daily mint tea, traditional Moroccan dinner. Clean Hotel, spacious rooms, helpful staff, nice breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. design. The room was nice, the riad is calm, when you you are staying at Riad Shaloma, you will feel that you are in family due to the calm environnement. I do not have any opinion about the staff, because my friend and me spent just one night, so we meet just the receptionnist Abderrahim, he was very kind and helpful. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. WiFi strength was good. The riad was within 15 minutes to the main square. Breakfast provided of pastries, fruit, coffee, and juice was enough to start the day. Shampoo and soap provided a plus. Very nice looking riad - huge rooms very well presented. The room was cool, and clean. When we first arrived to the Riad, we didn't feel safe because of the area but then we discovered it's really in center and the feeling unsafe was valid for all around the city. Anyway it was a prejudgement. Keep calm and enjoy Marrakech.:). Nothing. it is difficult to find the riad. Location, the hotel is located at the end of the old city, very difficult to find, and to be honest as a tourist i did not feel safe there. It was a bit far from the centre (about 20 minutes walking). the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, water was hot, the AC was OK, but in the room there was no TV, no phone and no hair dryer. The bed in the double room we got was as hard as plywood, but it's a matter of personal preference. Impossible to find as google maps is wrong but once we were shown the way it was no problem. A little out of the way to the south. Rude staff. The water wasn't hot, the breakfast always the same and really warmed in microwave. The manager charged me more than agreed on the site... Wasn't worth the money spent.
