Extremely friendly staff who welcome you as if you are family. Giving us refreshing fruit drinks to sip as we did our initial paperwork in the lovely courtyard. Our room, the Kennedy Suite, was clean and elegant with great architectural details. While the walk in to the hotel from the street can be daunting, one must remember that the hotel is in the Medina, which is part of the attraction of staying there. I do not see it as a negative.
