The location was excellent, so close to everything! The whole property
is good value for money, with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Even
though there was a language barrier with the staff (they didnt speak
English and we didnt speak French) they were still very friendly and
made us feel welcome. The little plunge pool was also nice (and clea

Food is great in here, we had also a cooking lesson with the staff and then we ate our food.
The location is 5min walk for Djamaa el Fna square, in a real quiet road.

Christelle and Abes are fantastic- they really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay in Marrakech. We had them arrange the airport transfer, arranged a great day-trip through the riad, ate dinner there the night of our stay- (which was the best meal out of our trip, fantastic food) and Christelle arranged reservations at a great restaurant for us. We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. We stayed in rooms Sahara, painted like a fantasy desert complete with camels and starry sky, and Silver - an elegant four poster romance of a room. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!
