Fantastic and helpful staff. Only 1 min walk from Djemaa el Fna. Cosy atmosphere at the hotel, feels very local and different in a good way. Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

I loved the hostel, it's great, Said and Christopher are really kind and nice, always helping. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. .
We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Riad Balkisse is well located and is only a 3 minute walk from the Souks and a 2 minutes walk to the main square. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay to all the smiling

I liked the fact that nothing seemed to be to much bother for the amazing staff in such an amazing Riad,I don't have any other Riad experiences to compare the Dar Naima with but it was everything and more than I hoped it would be,it was very close to the main square but remained very quiet when you needed peace and a pot of mint tea or sit on the
