Well located just outside the Medina. Good meal one evening and the owners wife Ben played Lute along with another friend which was really good. Loads of character and a 10 room extension is near completion.

This place is fantastic! Really beautiful architecture right in the
Medina, which means you can do most of the sightseeing by foot. We had
dinner there for 25eur pp, which I think is expensive but the food was
truly amazing. Breakfast was excellent as well. I wish I could stay more
time! We hired a guide through them for 25eur, which was ok. They charge
10eur for a transfer to the train station in a grand-taxi, but we took a
small-taxi there for 2eur.

Getting to the BnB is a bit confusing, as is anything in the entire medina, but we gave 2€ to a man who carried our bags and escorted us to Dar Tarhya. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with Moroccon whiskey, which we unfortunately could not take because of our rush for our tour of fes. Welcome, Welcome, that's the word that you hear the most in this Riad, but it's not just a word because Kacem and his team really do make you feel at home and part of their family.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!.

We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very
friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke
english and was very friendly and accommodating. We had the best mint
tea and delicious food prepared by the charming Fatima. We would go back
again just to see her! Armond, the hotel assistant, was kind and
