The owners were the best hosts we've ever had! The woman was very friendly and explained us a lot where we could go (different beaches etc.). She spoke very good English. Pasha, the owner of the hotel, was also great! During breakfast he always brought fresh fruits from their garden and he was also very generous with wine and schnaps during dinner

For breakfast you get a lot of diffferent food, what ever you like: bread with ham, cheese, jam, other spread, fruits and vegetables, eggs, yogh -
My girlfriend and I stayed at Apartments Pasha for 3 nights in summertime. Our hosts, Pasha, Ariata and her family were wonderful and hospitable for our stay. We felt very welcome and were delighted to stay with them. We gladly utilized their bikes as we didn't have a car and become well acquainted with Ulcinj.
During our stay we accidently lost a mobile phone at the beach and Ariata and her family went above and beyond in their efforts to recover the phone by contacting the beach club owne

We truly enjoyed the beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and all the appliances were of high quality. The hotel is in a stunning location on the ramparts of the old town, part of a converted fortress, with tremendous views over the Adriatic coast.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to accommodate us in any way they could.

the hotel gives a discount to people staying at the hotel and it was the
best meal we have so far had in Europe. Views were amazing. Definitely

At first impression you will get very good location with easy access to the beach. Rooms are clean (cleaned daily, towels and bedsheet changed frequently), quiet. - very friendly, familiar staff, where we had a filling, like we are a member of their family
- abundant breakfast with lot of local foods (vegetables, ham, cheese from the mountains, olives, etc)
- fine housemade drinks, like red wine, rakija
- app. 300m to the 12km sandy beach
- the buildings are in the back side of the land, and therefore we can not hear the street noise

The owner and his parents are very kind and very helpful.
When it was raining during our last afternoon and we sat at the common terasse he opened a bottle of wine for use and helped to plan our trip back to Hungary.
The location is perfect. There is a very good restaurant and a little shop under the apartements. Taxi trip to the old town costs

Jeff is a great host. He does everything to make your stay enjoyable -- free taxis to the beach, organizing trips, organizing transport for any daytrip you may want to do, organizing transport back to the airport... Also the guys from the dining room are superfriendly and do a great job.

Owner and his staff are extremely nice, friendly and we really enjoyed staying in Primafila. They are at you disposal at (nearly) every hour.
Having a restaurant directly in the place is also very nice, food was good.
Another great thing is the pool - if you don't feel like going to the beach you can just lay there adn enjoy drinks.
Our stay was really nice, local people made you feel welcome.

Breakfast was good though not extravagan -
Quite exceptional place on the rocky coast of Ulcinj. A beautiful private beach on a big "rock hole". When you watch the sunset down there, you can truly understand why Ulcinj use to be the pirates' base:). Very quiet place, a nice 10 minutes walk to the very crowded main beach and the center of Ulcinj. It is better to stay to the one of the two small sandy Liman beaches close by. The apartment was decorated with a good taste.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quieter area of Ulcinj, which was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed two weeks at this fantastic hotel. Great value for money. Perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach - but in a quiet area. Large and very modern rooms. Amazing value for money. But the best thing is the staff - always friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you so much, we will be back in the near future!

The house is beautiful on the top of the hill over the old town. The panorama is exciting. Every morning, we saw the sea from our terrace.
The room wasn t too big, but enough for a big family too( we were with 4 children)
The host and his family was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to find the best beaches, places and tried to solved every problems that we had.
The accomodation wasn t expensive for hungarian people and everything was so cheap in the city (food, cigarette, beach)

Living in Palata Venezia was amazing. Very clean rooms, rich breakfast, close to city center, friendly staff. We could use a swimming pool and tub. I would recommend it to other people. I would recommend also to purchase half or full board which is really worth it. -

Staff were amazing! Firstly our original accom overbooked us and we were without accom. Amina found us a comfortable room immediately the moment we arrived. My friend needed a doctor and the owner drove her and waited with her to ensure all went well. Very close to town/beach with beautiful views. Restaurant was fantastic. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

My first time in Ulcinj after 20 years. City was totaly full of tourists in August but I was so lucky to find accomodation in Firenze apartements. It is very close to pedestrian street and several beaches. Householder and all stuff were great, so kind and helpfull and always so professional. Room was very comfortable and always clean, with wi-fi,
