  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. Brft was delicious and had omlette made perfectly. - Despite the reservation I had made to this hotel, I didn't realize it was s... τι λέει ο κόσμος » o far from downtown. As soon as I got there, I asked the manager to switch to a different hotel. He kindly sent me to the Casino Plaza hotel in downtown. I really apreciated it. Thank you, guys!

  This is a sweet, intimate hotel. Don't bother with the all inclusive deals (the restaurant is a block away and serves appalling cafeteria style food -- e.g. sausage casserole... need I say more!). Just enjoy the room, the wonderful staff, the incredible pool in the inner courtyard with the biggest mango tree I've ever seen hanging over the top, an... τι λέει ο κόσμος » d the many local restaurants and cafes. I love Puerto Vallarta and this is my favourite place to stay. - It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area.
