The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The bedroom was a bit small with a hard bed, but had a very large bathroom with tub. It was in a good location, and fairly central. We were able to walk to many other parts of town and destinations.

I had the best experience at Hotel Villa Condesa! I highly recommend this hotel.
Firstly, the hotel's location is great: all of the lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and bars of Condesa and Roma are within walking distance. Also, the hotel's staff is very attentive and friendly (and bilingual). Several staff members helped me out with special requests during my six night stay. 1. well run, helpful friendly staff, spotlessly clean, big comfortable room and bathroom, everything worked in the bathroom, wifi worked all the time and properly, good in-hotel restaurant and bar (also used by locals), safe and quiet area, lots of shops, bars, a big good gym, cafes and restaurants nearby.
