Beds are comfortable, though might be a bit hard for some. Food is everywhere! I - The location is great. You just walk outside and you are facing a museum. The police station is next to the museum giving me the secure feeling. The hostel is beautiful. Extremely clean. We stayed in room 5, it has two rooms and a very large bathroom. Great for mom traveling with two young men. Staff was excellent in providing us with tourism ideas. Love, love the garden area.

  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. The location was perfect. - The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

  The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends.   i loved the open balcony....although we were attacked by mosquitoes at 4 am!....our fault for leaving the door open all night. Loved the security guards and that they were always there.
