All things were wounderful (friendly staffs, cozy welcoming / farewell, hotel facilities, warm pool & breakfast espicialy the baked loofs. water villa ambiance & facilities were the fantastic ever (pool, jacuzzi, classic music via the home theatre, comfortable bed). Dont miss to drink the real natural water that offered by the hotel in your room in the oriental Ipoh's pot. This hotel is highly highly recimmended for honeymoonersand whi ever needs to get relax far away from traffic life.

It was a beautiful resort, with wooden furniture everywhere. There wasnt any TV in the room but it more than made up with the spacious room, clean wooden furniture and bright bathroom. We took a one-hour island cruise on the lake. If you have time, I'd suggest you take the half day trekking trip, which promises more things to see. It's the only re

The room was excellent, the housemaids were extremely helpful, but the
reception staff leave a lot to be desired, they were unfriendly to the
point of rudeness.
A faulty refrigerator was fixed immediately.

i like the location very much we lived in Lumut for 6 years we left lumut in year 2004. it brings back fond memories just to be there since other places have changed so much orient star' has not in any way -

i loved this hotel .its small and peaceful and really close to the beach (other reviews have said that the beach is dirty but we found it clean and our children spent a lot of time swimming in the sea) our family room opened onto the pool terrace which was lovely . i would recommend a boat trip to coral island we had a lovely day here and the man

room is great and suitable for family gathering, and near to beach for family picnic. Swimming pool just infront of the room. Good sleep at night - no noise from the neighbourhood hotels as like at Nipah beach. will consider to stay again in the future.

This is a great hotel if you are on your way to Pangkor Island. The ferry is just over the road and we were allowed to leave our car in secure parking at the hotel while we were at the island.
The room was spacious and the views spectacular.
We will stay there again if in this area -

The Hotel and Restaurant Managers were excellent and could not do enough to help us and make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
The restaurant was spotless at all times and the food was of high standard.
The swimming pool was olympic size and the lifeguard (Fahrid ?) was friendly, helpful and pleasant, as were the rest of the staff.

Kampung Air very interesting interior design accommodation provided. Very suitable for a family holiday. Peaceful atmosphere and unwind with views towards the lake. The services provided are very satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Bukit Merah Laketown Resort with a meaningful experience to be remembered together with your loved ones.

the hotel is right at beachside which is very convenient to go for boat trip, watersports and also swimming. the staffs are friendly and helpful, very good customer service -

The best thing about this hotel is the beach - so long and so beautiful. Plus it is fully isolated from outsiders and is more than enough to handle the hotel guests even if it is 200% full! The rooms had orange coloured Roman blinds, adorning the windows that
overlook the pool and the sea. The staff were very friendly and the
beach was clean. It's the only 4 star resort at that part of
Pangkor. There were peacocks roaming about, couple of monkeys and many
hornbill birds. They even had a mini funfair after dinner which I
thought was a really nice touch. Breakfast was of good variety although
they could pay more attention to hygiene. We had breakfast alfresco,
overlooking the sea. B

Very friendly staff, willing to help, and practically helping. They have brought me by motorcycle to the bike rental point, later found an island hopping trip to join, so that I do not need to pay as single. Location also good, just cross the road to a beach. Accomodation is basic, but this is all known in advance. You can have breakfast there - r

I liked the lush surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. although we are an elderly couple in our late forties and fifties, we have a 4 year old son and he simply loved all the ducks, turkeys, chickens and geese and had a fun time looking at the fish and running around freely. the bathroom in the family room was also simply fabulous. -
