  My husband and I spent 5 days at the Datai. I've stayed in many hotels over the years but I can honestly say, that I enjoyed my stay at the Datai more than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. I felt a sense of peace being close to nature and the sea. All the staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable.   Amazing location - it's far away from other hotels (except Datai) in one of the most wonderful seashore I've ever seen, a lot of green around so as you live like in the wild tropical forest with beautiful sea-view. Restaurants are very goo (especially Fish restsurant with a very fresh seafood that local fishermans bring there 3 times a wee - -Local staff is extremely friendly, and they work well together as a team.   The most important thing I have noticed aside from the beautiful nature, is the friendly staff.
