Stayed here over the busy Raya weekend. The hotel provides basic necessities - aircond, 3 (or 4?) Astro channels, hot shower (you won't need this with the hot weather anyway!) - even got myself an extra pillow. I would recommend you to bring your toiletries. Two bottles of 500ml mineral water provided daily, you can refill your water (hot and cold) from a dispenser outside in the common area. No lift in the building, but as we were staying on the first floor and travelling light, it was hardly .
όλα τα σχόλια » Everything is perfect! The Staff there is good and helpful! My friend lost her Hp in the taxi when we took from the bus terminal to there. We realised that when we check in the room. The staff was so helpful and even brought us there in their vehicle to the bus terminal. He brought us to look for the taxi driver and manage to retrieve back the phone. He brought us back to hotel without any fee. I am totally impress with the service attitude of the staff who go the extra mile to help us out. . We even have free wifi access even inside the room. +1 for this point! We can share our photos and surf the web with comfort and ease inside our room using our smartphones. loction,convenience of eateries,lots of tourist attraction nearby & easy parking. Very friendly staff, nice bar in the hotel. Very friendly people in Melaka. Price, staff and location were fantastic!!!. location.no deposit. The place was close to all historical sites and tourist attractions. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. They have a photocopied map that they give us and gave us great directions. Room service was immediate. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out. Many eateries around so meals were never a problem. Nearby to jonker street and malls. Easy access to place of interaet. staff friendly. One of the hinges of the bathroom door was off. The door was working, but it would be good if Management paid more attention to small details like this.No Negative. Perfect vacation and accommodation. . none. Parking.. no private parking. It is time for them to change new towels and housekeeping could to a better job at thoroughly cleaning the rooms. The rooms can be dusty and with a toddler it was a concern. Limited parking. Packing fee is needed in Sunday. We book 3 rooms for 1 night stay. 1 of the room without bath towel. When we request the staff take more than half an hour and back with only 1 towel .We have 2 pax in a room. They say that the towel had been used by other hotel guest who brought their kids for swimming . The shower gel is like water . the basis needs like tooth brush, tooth paste and shampoo not provided You can hear children running and playing along the corridor during late hour and early morning. Will not go back again. Towel provided look very old and broken. Bed sheet also not look clean. the room are too small and not clean at all. no lift. dont have mirror and dressing table. not worth for money.
