customer service, food, and availability and option of services needed such as laundry, foreign exchange. staff were great.Clean linen every day no matter what. Friendly housekeepers. Massive room with King sized bed. No complaints!. Neat and clean room,all the facilities,shops. the hotel is nice the location of hotel excellent. the breakfast was good.

I like the hotel because it lies near to train station and KLCC. strategic location and close to my head office. Fast and value for money room service food is provided. It is convinent for shopping traveller necessities nearby.The view from 31st floor is great. Buffet spread was magnificent (though its started to get boring after the 3rd day). Excellent location!!! Great corner room, especially nice with babycot in room.good service, value for money. near to city centre. The signage from Jl. Tun Razak is too small. We nearly got ripped off when we ordered a taxi to the airport from one of the ground staff. Spacious room. Facilities like pool, gym, convenient location.the view from the 25th floor, close to metro, central. cheap and available. The location is good, close to shopping and the LRT. Front office staff was polite and helpful. the only thing that I liked about this hotel is its location. Taxi service. Nothing! To sum up: it is the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever been.It is a lye if that is a 4 star hotel!. Breakfast. location. Dinner buffet was a little pricey - you are best to go elsewhere or order from the menu - 2 can dine for less than the same price for one person buffet!. NO Indian food,staff at poolsidea bit rude. Althought the hotel was close to the twin towers but it was some walking distance from the famous Bintang Walk. We requested information about the site seeings in and around KL. But the Hotel staff directed us to the Taxi coounter in the lobby. The staff at the Taxi service counter did not give any information, but promoting only the tours they were arranging. We infact took a city tour. But it was a horrible experience. I suggest not to patronise this service at this hotel. seems like the receptionist does not prefer us to book via internet. diificult to trace till i hv to go to business to print the voucher. The towel are not clean and white.The first day, hotel staff realized there are some problem with the card key to our rooms. But nothing was done until late that night when we return back to the hotel (and find that we are locked out). Luckily there was a housekeeping staff whom i asked to unlock the door. I went downstairs and they gave me 2 new card key which opens my door fine. The question is : why didnt they do this earlier ?. Breakfast buffet could have had a few more western selections.Did not have wifi connection and the lan service was not working for the 3 days i stayed in the hotel. the facilities need to be proper maintained. Car park entrance was so difficult to find (we went 2 rounds around the area because there was no visible signage. Bathroom tiles were pretty old and looked very tired. The website claimed it's a 5 star but I would only give it 3 star. Very misleading. insects in the bathroom, shower leaking, could not control air conditioning, shower courtain dirty, crowded/dirty breakfast room. Yes..they cancelled the booking because we had a late checking..very irritating. The hotel is rather old and new refurbishments would be good. The breakfast range is also rather limited for the price paid for the hotel.Room was not too clean, lots of dirt and leftover rubbish just beneath the bed and furniture. Staff at the restaurant was rude and not polite, service was very poor there. room was not clean. BAr opening hours. I arrived late and could not get a drink. Minibar notfilled. Morning coffee in Lobby bar only at 10.00. Coffee in Breakfastroom of very poor quality (too weak). Bathroom could do with arefreshment. noisy neighborhood plus i had to kill one Cockroach inside the room. The hotel is run down now. I beleive it is going to close down soon. Pls take this hotel off your website. It is not a 4 star hotel anymore. The gym is closed, the spa is closed, the pool is dirty, rooms had cockroaches etc etc . Everything! The rooms didn't have light, the bathrooms and carpets wereextreamly dirty, the toilet didn't have lid, the bathtube, the basingand all the walls got mould. The aircon was not graduated so too cold.The courtains were stock so were not able to close. And to finish, wefound cockroachs around the food in the breakfast buffet.
