Comfortable to live in with small family..complete utensil..no smoking place n embiance of the living place n room

Should have extra pillows..normally for masterroom should has 4 pillows..

Reception desk closed after 9.00 pm (may be even earlier). No way to get in the hotel premises if tenant forgot to bring along with the door access card while going out. No hotel staff or employee could provide assistance in case of emergency.

The apartment was very well maintained and very clean.Their staff Yana was very efficient and polite.I will definitely book the apartment again.The restaurants are also close by and the food is good .

Loved everything about our apartment. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Location was perfect. Highly recommended.

A bit noisy in the early hours of the morning from the restaurant across the road which was open until well after 3am.

The design of the room comfort of the living area. Parking was available and felt secured The staircase wasnt too bad for the elderly if ur around mid 60s Entertainment wise is average Good wifi speed roughly 1-4 mbps

The apts was dry cause my feet crack. The preset channel was bad reception should be improve the least

The pictures are true representations of the actual place, but some might have difficulties in finding the place. It is not a building by itself, but the corner part of a shop lot. Best landmark to know you are at the right place would be either Lucky Hotel, Jalan CM Yusoff, or most accurate, it is at the shop lot across Kim Bali. The rooms are huge and comfy, the atmosphere quite modern and homely. We've got the Olive Room, which is facing the back of the shop lot that might be a bit quieter than the ones facing the main road with the other entertainment establishments operational till late nights. Make sure you have the phone number of the reception or mobile number of the person in charge, as they are not around all the time to attend to your needs - they are yet to have full time personnel to attend to the guests 24/7. You can park your car at the designated parking space next to the reception office, but only two parking spaces are available. The other parking lots are chargeable by the municipality. I highly recommend Osbourne to all visitors, especially those in big groups. You just want to come back to a nice, comfy home once you've done your round of business in Ipoh, and Osbourne is the answer. Will definitely come back again with family and colleagues.

AMEX not accepted, which is quite troublesome for business transactions through corporate cards.

Clean rooms and excellently furnished rom and friendly staff. Staff gave directions. Checking in was easy and staff was on standby near counter till late

Pretty hard to locate their building since it is along a row of shop houses. TV is a little small for an apartment.

Convenient location about 8-10mins walk to coach pick up/drop off area along Jalan Bendahara (Sri Maju, Grassland, Super Nice, Five Star Tours coach). 10-20mins walk to most popular eateries (Lou Wong - 10mins walk, Ming Court and Tong Shui Gai - 15 to 20mins walk). Apartment was clean and large (corner unit), with comfortable bed.

Some rooms are noisy. You can hear roadside traffic and people chatting on weekends. Late check-in time. Would be good to provide shower in hotel's public washroom.

Relatively close to the restaurants. Spacious, kids had a room each.

Did not feel secure - only key lock, internal locks had been removed and no knowledge of who else might have a key - put table in front of door to alert us to potential intruders during the night. Shower over the toilet, meant not really feasible to have a shower whilst there. Very noisy, two nightclubs opposite were very loud into early hours of the morning.

We booked a family suit for 8 pax. The spacious apartment is value for money.

There is very limited reserved parking bays. Parking along the street could be a risk to the travellers.

Am not used 2 using toilet paper after doing business in toilet,elderly ppl like my mother has difficulty in doing that.I Noticed there is a tap but no hose provided,even there is a hose,we r not used 2 using hand 2 wash,we r not muslims,floor wil b wet,slippery.why dont u install a bidet?I Hv bidet in each n every bath room of mine,it costs rm240/unit,every hotel can afford,hygiene is definitely my priority when it comes 2 choosing hotel
