Location is perfect. Just 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Very close to Vingis park. Supermatkets are about 150m away. Good connection to airport. Free Wifi all over the buildng. Room is clean.
Comfortable. Nice staff. It's an old soviet high-rise building that
not looks that beautiful from the outside, but inside it is renovated
and has high standard.

Simple accommodation but excellent value for money. Very friendly and competent staff; supermarket around the corner, airport bus stop nearby.
Don't be afraid of outside look, although it is really old-soviet looking building rooms are really comfortable. We had pretty new bathroom.
Value for money, friendly stay, nice view from the room. The only disadvantage is a distance to the old town, about 20 min walk.

You get what you paid for. Neighbors with whom we shared toilet and shower was very quiet, and we didn't even noticed them.

I was disappointed in this place. Yes, it is inexpensive. If that is your only criteria, you will be satisfied. I am interested in cost, location and atmosphere. This one only did well on cost. The location has no charm to speak of. It is not too far into Old Town so that was okay, but the neighborhood was not too special. The building itself, and the rooms lacked charm and were not what I expected from the photos. The whole place was a bit shabby. Yes, clean but still I found it a bi.
I have pleasant feelings after staying at the guest house in general.

The staff on reception were really nice. The hotel is near a large supermarket and a cinema.
The bathroom isn't for for everyone. There wasn't a switch .
In 5th floor there was only one trash can - in a shared kitchen. Very slow and poor wi-fi.
Someone started drilling holes on the wall in the morning and it lasted
for some hours, couldn't sleep anymore.
wifi kept disconnecting. Staff is used to dealing with students so comes across very strict. Bed quite uncomfortable.

For me not enough air (the window only opens a small amount) and I found the set-up strange. Two rooms share a door and a bathroom but the set-up made that sharing a bit uncomfortable in a way I don't find normally. Staff also spoke very little English and were not particularly welcomng or helpful. Overhead light but no bedside light, no trash can and wireless was not consistently available.

It's a students hostel. No facilities in the room, poor internet.
It can be very noising depending on your room neighbors.
Very basic. In a bit of a dodgy area; there was a building site and one morning there was tramps getting drunk outside. Its about 2 miles from the city center. For the price though, who can argue?.
