The rooms are finely decorated without being pretentious. The furnishings are excellent, the sheets and pillows of proper linen. All our needs were supplied. The restaurant is of haute cuisine. Breakfast is generous, fresh and delicious. Everyone working there is courteous and friendly. -

Everything from the moment our luggage was carried into the lobby. Service was just right, helpful but not intrusive, room and maid excellent and loved breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room. We would enjoy another 4 night stay. Especially convenient was the location on the old city and on a very quiet street. Oh one last thing, we enjoyed

Very nice and modern hotel. Very good buffet for breakfast. There is ashuttle to the airport (only 5 lvl). Bonus : a great bowling club inthe hotel!! - Very clean and tidy, food served was not hot enough although quality reasonable.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Location was very nice for transit passengers. (Very close by the airport) But little bit difficut to find entrance because entrance was opposite side from main street. - the help of the hotel staff for arranging transfers from and to the airport etc.

The hotel was professionally and efficiently run. Our room was cleaned every day. The roomwas spacious and bright and even though we were at the front of the building we were not disturbed by noise. The hotel is well designed and looks very up to date and modern. The facilities are great, gym, jacuzzi, cigar lounge and bar. The breakfast is good too. The location is also great as you have a shopping centre across the road from you and the tram station is located directly outside the hotel so if you want to commute out of Riga it is very convenient.

1. Because I was travelling with a baby, my room was upgarded to a much larger one for free; 2. Receptionists are being helpful and responsive; 3. Rooms are cosy; 4. The location, staff, breakfast (until 11 a.m.!) were super. Very queit during nights though the railway is not far. Warm in the room. There were a free safetybox, iron and tee facilities in the room. Comfortable beds. Very decent breakfast even with vine (cottage cheese -"tvorog" - and diary products were super!). Very responsive personnel, any excurcions, taxi, whatever is necessary - ast your disposal. Very close to the center places of interest and the opera (5 min walk).
