Clean and accomidated 3 adults and 2 kids in a two beds although the beds were small, we did not mind for a quick sleep only. Very close to souk Almubarkia. All were Great.....Room/Cleanliness/Air Conditioning....location in the Centre of Kuwait Business District. Its located near the city center & Al Mobarkyah. Away from traffic .. can be reached easily. Free parking lot Located in the middle of kuwait city.

Great view of the city centre, Nice staff. car parking availability clean rooms. room view and room organized. cleaness mony for value. Every things is good!. the room was amazing. It is a nice hotel,. Hotel was new, rooms were big and clean. Staff was pretty good always with a welcoming smile on their face... Hotel and Staff were good, facilities provided in the room was good. Location is also good. - Free and shade park - Near to Almbarkia souq - The room and the toilet will design. Staff are very frindly They gave us discount. Wifi is very good Clean Modern furniture. Basic normal hotel for short stay .. Good for Low budget traveler. i like the location I like room is big i like the rait. Parking was free Location was good. Place to far from Suaq Almobarkia. بشكل عام الفندق جيد. الاستقبال نوعا ما حيد. الشكر للمدير العام/محمد بهاء الدين لحسن التعامل قام بتعويضى عن الشاحن ﻻ كن سؤالى من ؟؟؟. The area after 10 is dead and feels scary to walk around by yourself although it was Eid time!. No Restaurant....would recommend at least Room Service of Sandwiches or Something light, like the IBIZ Hotels & Holiday Inn Express has near the Reception. Good Luck. There is no parking in front. You need to drive long to enter the parking in the back.. but its a free parking with sunshades :). Not every staff member speaks english and the hotel does not have a restaurant to eat something at night. Nothing. size of bed. Broken TV, small room. There is no much tissues and bath towels also the save box is closed and they refuse to open it for us. room service is not very good. there is no resturant. No any problem. small inch's TV. access to the hotel from the main road is not easy. No loundry in the Hotel !!. they have more ways to move. No breakfast (3 months later it will be ready to service what they told..) No invoice after your stay only receipt they had given... NO Restaurent. - We stay for three nights they didn't clean our room - No iron table in the room - The coordinate is wrong it should be N29 22.206 E47 58.671 - I request for extra pellow the don't have. We stay for 2 nights but they not clen the room. We ask for tawol no body bring it for us. No bottle of water for the tea kettle Safety box is not working Not enough lights on the room. Room and toilet not clean. Old Area ,so craoded and slow traffic poor facilities. i deslike the folowing : - room not cleen so mutch - their is smily in bathroom and shower room - their is no i rone - no breakfast no rustrant - loby smily with shisha - shish fair behaind hotel is danger. Carpet was dirty and had stains Tv remote control without batteries Coffee maker was dirty Tissue box was half empty not a new box The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't stable. Poor service not comfortable not new Furnitures Had looking for there parking for 5 Mins. لا يوجد تنظيف للغرف ولا يوجد فطور. مقاس الغرفه بالبكونق يختلف اختلاف كلى. صغيره الموقع سيئ للغايه كانك فى بمبى خدمة الامتعه بطيئه جدا. ﻻ يوجد الا عامل وعربيه واحده. غير امين سرق منى شاحن جوال كان بالعرفه ثلاث ايام اطلب لحاف و مخده ولم احصل عليها و العذرم فولى بوكد( من سبق لا يوجد به افطار وﻻ ماء. One of the worst hotel in Kuwait. The service was very very bad. I dont recommend anyone to stay in such Hotel even if it is cheap rate. The Staff is not helpful & the room service was miserable.
