Booked a single room and it had just enough space for one person, but it was clean and it basically had all the stuff that I needed (a bed with fresh sheets and soft pillows, a clothes rack, a small cabinet for my other stuff, and really fast wifi). The hostel's relatively new so most of the amenities were new as well. They have friendly and accommodating staff too. Unbelievably cheap price to stay a night in the core of Seoul. U can easily reach to every famous site like Namsan, HBC (Hae Bang Chon ) , Myeon Dong,,, etc and u can enjoy the night of Itaewon anytime. U can easily walk from SP guest house. I've got an overall impression that facilities are very state of the art. This place is a good choice for the tourist who are looking for staying long with adequate budget in Seoul and like to go combined intercultural place.
Nemanja and the other guys were really funny and helpful. They fixed every problem very quickly. Though the guesthouse is close to all the restaurants and bars in Itaewon and 5 minutes away from the metro station, it`s not noisy during the night. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a really nice stay at Sp@Itaewon. I would totally recommend it.
I have stayed here for five days and I find it's a good place to meet people.The staff here are friendly and the price for the room is not expensive.Of course,it is a good place to explore Itaewon area.

planning my day telling me a good number of things to do and perfect

Mr Dule is so kind. The guesthouse is secured with cameras recording 24/7. it is located in central point at itaewon, close to cheap restaurents, clubs, shops....
Nice accommodations for the price, and staff member waited late into the night for us due to our delays upon arrival. Comfortable mattresses.

The shared bathroom requires consideration from everyone who uses it to keep it nice and clean. this is unlikely when most people are not staying long.
The way up to the guesthouse is really steep and not so easy to manage with heavy baggage. But that`s not a big problem - take it slowly.
The free Wi-Fi here doesn't work stably sometimes.
To reach the guesthouse, there is a small mountain to climb, that is not very easy when you carry your luggage, but it doesnt matter, compare to the confort and the price of the room you are going for.
We asked for space for four which was confirmed, but we were short space for one, so one had to sleep on the hard floor both nights, and we were also short a comforter/cover in that case.
its location quite high..its not easy if your carry heavy luggage. The bathroom its outside, not so comfortable if many are staying on the same floor.
any problem arise unable to call the management, which is far at another buidling. the intercom was down. tv room and kitchen only avail at the other buidling.
The location is not the best one, not because of its position but about the neighbourhood.
The building was under renovation so I did hear a bit of noise in the morning. I was warned about it ahead of time so I expected it.

Air conditioning was one of the items listed on the website. However, there was no AC in our room. As it was a very hot day, they agreed in borrow us a fan.

I stayed for 7 nights in the private double room. The cleaning for the room was been abandoned, after the 3rd nights, I find the room is so dusty and bedsheets not change. I got to go after the staff to help clean up.
The toilet not clean daily with no saop and shampoo. Only after our 6th nights then they installed the soap & shampoo.
