We have stayed there for 7 nights.The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes walk from (KTX)Seoul station, Metro no. 1,4. and HK beloved big Lotte Market. It has 2 24 hours convenience stores and restaurant around the corner. Only 15 min walk to Namtamun. This is a new guest house. Everywhere is very clean. The bed is very good. Shower and heater is hot and comfortable.Cable TV has

Feliz Guesthouse is packed with so many pleasant surprises. I've never been to guesthouse anywhere in the world where an open kitchen with all kinds of food and spices was provided for, and I mean everything you see in the kitchen was available for guests' use, and I was able to cook the most delicious gourmet breakfast at 3pm after a big night out in Itaewon. That's what I would call hospitality, Mr. FeLeeztyle!.
I had a wonderful stay at Felize. I was a little skeptical about this place before I came but on getting at Felize Residence, I instantly felt at home ! Rooms were clean , staff was friendly and owner was very nice. I ve been to other guesthouse in Seoul but this is my best !!.
The freedom of 24/7 food available in the kitchen, no stress to wake up early for breakfast. Washer available in the kitchen with TV .
The handsome CEO is very friendly and generous, he replenished food in the kitchen and briefed personally. He offers one extra toilet outside the room.
They only supply small towel.
Too small bathroom, not enough hangers for wet clothes. No dryer.
