The staff were attentive, helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The housekeepers did an excellent job keeping our room tidy and clean. The location of the hotel provides easy access to Haeundae, Gwangalli, and Centum City. Each one is within a short ride by taxi or car. -

The place is soooo cool! I have to admit it.. the manager is the "Bro-guy", I call him.. His name is Mike by the way.. he is very friendly!
and they have this Lzone.. an international language centre. Its the ultimate hangout centre if you are into making global friends!.

The staff is very friendly,and the house very comfortable,we can chat with each other in the big sitting room,and make breakfast by ourselves in the kitchen..
And i love the coffee house,you can see movie,use computer,play billiards,eat food,drinking,and learn a new language...

The location of this hotel is wonderful, with views along the beach and out to sea. The higher, executive rooms are worth the extra cost. -

Excellent hotel. I have been to Busan 4 times each staying at a different hotel, this is by far the best of all of them. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room and great breakfast buffet -
The service was excellent and my initial complained (construction noise) was dealt with professional manner by the assistant manager on duty Mr. Lee.

You cannot beat the location. Across from beach and restaurants up and down the street. Nice night club in hotel called the Hive. Played a lot of techno music. -

The hotel is well-located. From Haeyundae subway station only 5 min to walk and the famous beach and the busan aquarium are just on the other side of the street. There are lots of restaurants and cafe nearby.

This hotel met all our needs as a family with two young children during our week's stays. Our standard room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Partial ocean view as well as a view of the vibrant street below which our kids loved. Great location next to Hyundae beach. Cabs, convenience stores and eateries a stone's throw away. The reception is on the ninth floor above some pubs but the area felt safe. A huge discount store Save Zone with some kids' play areas is five minutes away. Our kids

Hotel is right in the heart of the city. Step out the front door and you are in a bustling area of downtown Busan. Despite the cacophony of sound outside, the hotel itself is quite serene. Room was spacious and clean. All toiletries provided. If I travel to Busan again, I will check if there are any vacancies here first.

Well the guy who manages this place speaks English! So that's really convenient. He is also very helpful and will give you a map and tell you some shopping and sight-seeing locations around the area. The location is 5 minutes away from the subway station but there is a bit of an up slope. Not much of an issue as there are no stairs so you can drag your luggage all the way. Very good location. Located next door to Nampo and Jagalchi Market area. Metro station exit 17 is only 7 minutes walk away from the hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to travel to and stay in Busan. -

Near to the beach and walking distance to subway. There are several food locations around as well. For those who like to drink, the area near the beach is lined with bars and cafes. -
The location, the climate and the rooms of the hotel are all very good.
Our family trip was all worth it and we would definetly come back some time.
