Close to Haeundae Beach, near by the hotel have many seafood restaurants and Korean BBQ. About 10min walk from Jungdong Subway Station. Room was clean and comfortable. Free soft drink & mineral water provided in the room. I love the hotel design. Staff is friendly. Simple breakfast provided.
Location is nice, very close to the beach. About 10 minute walk from subway station. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Wifi worked everywhere which is a big plus. Free beverages in the fridge were filled daily.

The rooms were charming and cozy. Breakfast was free. The staff were very friendly. Two-minute walk to Haeundae Beach. Amazing view of the ocean. Very inexpensive. Stocked mini fridge in room. Large flat screen TV in room. Small decorative details throughout the motel are cute.
Location is good, close to the beach. Bathroom was nice, lot of supplies like shampoo, facewash, toothpaste present in the room. Staff was very helpfull en friendly and the pick up from the metro station was great.

I enjoyed the room and the beverages that were provided. The price was good and the location was perfect for visiting the Aquarium and walking around the city and the beach.
Comfortable rooms with obvious attention to details which was nice. The hotel offered to pick us up at the subway station which was very appreciated.

The little things. The decor. It's a very friendly and warm hotel. I mean the hotel gives you that kind of feeling.

staff is friendly, willing to pick up from the subway station but have to email them early as they replied us a bit late.
There is a train tracks next to the hotel and the train can be loud. For me is ok with that. I'm a heavy sleeper..haha! The hotel check in time is 4pm which is a bit late. If you don't mind, you may request the staff keep your baggage and visit to the beach.
What some people might not like are the train tracks right next to the hotel. Snd the train can be loud. Didn't really bother me though, I'm a heavy sleeper.
Uncomfortable mattress. Toiletries have been used by previous guests.
We read about the train, it is indeed next to the hotel but it didn't wake us up and it wasn't that loud. The bed was pretty firm, but okay.
Noise from the train which could be quiet loud.
The room was too hot. Breakfast was very small, without variety.
Some hairs on the sheets and floor. The rooms are not very sound-proof, and so can be noisy from other guests.
There is train going next the hotel, it may be noisy in the night.

I found a room with better sea view and facilities only for 30000.

Prices very very high due to there being a public holiday the week wee stayed.
There was no elevator. We were given a room on the 4th floor (highest) and we had to lug our heavy luggage up/down. We had the staff help in going up but we'd rather do it ourselves.
The staff we encountered could only speak really simple English.
We had flying insects in our room.
The computer in the room was only in Korean. No way to change to English.
The train tracks are near the hotel. It gets noisy when the train passes by. Luckily, we only heard it once.
Nothing to shop when night time especially at Nampo and Seomyun.
quite far away from the station, mosquitoes in room, toilet not so clean, not so valued for the price compared to other cheaper hostels around the area.
