Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food.
Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food.
They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel !

Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise. Easy to find if you follow signs to Yaesu side of Tokyo station (not the Marunouchi side) then to Yaesu North exit from where there

Central location with easy transport links to the city and beyond. Large selection of cafes, shops and restaurants in the station itself and all around. Quiet room, very clean and good facilities.

What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. She has excellent ideas for how to help her guests and thinks well ahead to ensure success and comfort. Fukazawa-san is a real treasure of the Sheraton!

We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge).
We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time.

Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. Nice bay view from our r

Spacious rooms, free router (wifi) in the room upon request. The hotel exudes luxury but the rates are not as high as the Ritz Carlton's. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel.
Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional

Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.

Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it.

- very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins
- Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient!
- we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

The hotel's great location above tube station and next door to the limousine airport bus, just so convenient. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra length. Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

I liked that they made up for the lack of wi-fi by making available a wireless router to use w/ the plug-in internet connection. The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear,
Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the
outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is
guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the
surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access
also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus
brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city
on the way.
