Very close to Asakusa and Ginza metro lines which get you a lot of places very easily. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. They were very friendly and helpful however, and stored our luggage for us after we checked out while we were out. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and

Rooms were clean, compact, and modern. The bed mattress was fabulous and water pressure was great. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.

The staff were excellent. The service, especially by the front desk staff was amazing-always ready and quick to assist whenever needed. The hotel location-close to both Mita and Tamachi train stations- is very convenient. This is a lovely hotel by any standards. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Tokyo. -

Lots of small shops nearby, my kids love the food like hotdogs ready to eat foods, vending machines. The SUMO and EDO Museum nearby.

The location was fairly good, not far from Nakameguro station and right by a great tree-lined canal that parallels the main road if the days are hot. The hot baths are now for both genders (at different times).

The location of this hotel is amazing. In 5 min walking distance from two JR Yamanote line stations and Ginza line subway station. It's basically in the Ameyoko, Ueno park is really close, Akihabara is 10-15 min walk away and Asakusa cca 30 min walk away. Joetsu shinkansen makes a stop at Ueno station, so you don't need to go to Tokyo station if y

The location is great. It's really near to the JR train Okachimachi station, and just minutes walk to A8 exit from subway. Once you get to the underground, the signs are helpful and intuitive in getting to the stations you wanted. The breakfast is provided, which is quite a surprise. The best thing is the free wifi both in the room and throughout the hotel. This is really helpful for me to check my iphones. I went straight to the hotel after arriving at Narita Airport. I must say that the location is just fantastic. From the airport, airport limousine dropped us off at the Ambassador Hotel which is within walking distance to the hotel. From the hotel, DisneySea Park is just 10 minutes away by foot while Disneyland is easily reachable via shuttle buse

This hotel is in a really great location. Close to the Asakusa Gate and temple and there are many small shops and restaurants close by. For Tokyo staying in Tokyo as a family of 4 we had plenty of space in a traditional Japanese room. I would stay again without hesitation.

Good location, very nice, helpful and English speaking staff, and free amenities that help you to enjoy and relax after a long day of tourism in this amazing city. They clean the room every day and if you dont need new sheets you just have to put the green paper that you find in the bedroom on the pilow and they give you a bottle of water for free

Location wise the hotel was great. Just stop at Daimon station (Toei subway) and take the A5 exit, turn right and walk straight for 4min.
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and speak english, they helped me recover my lost camera and they were of great help in pointing out places to go and how to arrive to the airport which is very easy and convenient from Daimon station with the direct line to Narita.
They provide free tea and coffee at the lobby from 11am to 11pm and have free wifi in
