  Amazing place! Excellent closeup view of the lake at an affordable price with reasonablr comfort. Rooms spacious and extremely clean. Excellent staff (i think its family owned and we had asked about good hiking routes. the lady owner speaks excellent english and offered to show us the way by car to our endpoint gor us to park our car, and then dro... τι λέει ο κόσμος » pped us off at the starting point! Excellent onsen! With both open air and indoors. Free parking. Free and strong wifi - It is a japanese ryokan, guest were mostly japanese. The facilty is a bit old but they have free onsen pools indoor and out door 24 hours! It was very near to attractions and they have a well stock pub with sake and whiskies...friendly staff but few spoke english...but it was not a problem as they were so friendly and helpful.
