Guests using a car navigation system are advised to use the property's address, not its phone number. You will receive a bill from Paypal for the 50% deposit upon reservation. Your reservation will be secured upon payment confirmation of the deposit. The reservation will be cancelled in case the bill remains unpaid by the due date specified on the bill. Children are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms unless the dormitory room is used as a private room by a single group of guests. This property is completely non-smoking, and smoking is only permitted outside, at a designated area. Pick-up service is provided by the property between 16:00 - 18:00 and 20:00 - 21:00. Guests can request the pick-up service by informing the property of their arrival time at the time of booking, or by calling the property upon arrival. Please inform Nikko Teddy Bear House in advance of your expected arrival time.
