  Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed (had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top notch. Food at Nadaman is excellent - worth 2 Michelin stars Swimming pool and spa facilities : exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. In a word : one of the very best hotel for a luxury city trip. - Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere.   The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner room. One overlooked a nice garden. There are plenty of competitive shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to the hotel - The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.
