The hotel is located very centrally, just moments from the main train station. The design is really great and the best aspect to the hotel. Even our room, which wasn't overly expensive, felt like a boutique design that made us feel very much at home. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - highly recommended! -

I quite liked our room. It was stylish, clean,nice and warm. They provided bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste and brush, , everything we needed.

The best hotel we stayed in and the best all round value. Right near the station and Universal studios. Big room with views of either Osaka Bay or Universal Studios. Perfect spot to visit the Aquarium, Giant Ferris Wheel,and markets in the Bay Area and also for the theme park. Ticket desk sells all the tickets you need in the area. Fantastic b

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and our room looked out over Universal Studios which was great! We stayed there for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios and the aquarium and it was perfectly located. They sell universal studios tickets in the hotel lobby which was so convenient and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Located directly above the Shinsaibashi metro station,close and central to most malls and tourist areas. Comfortable room with good amenities, bed, bathroom and view. A interesting neighbourhood surrounding the Nikko with many food options and nearby "family mart " for pre-packaged meals for touring.

The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts.
The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying
areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V.
comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room
they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it
does not.)

The Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on my
group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and
had to transfer to Shin-Osaka to catch our bullet train to Nagoya. I
believe his name was Mr. Sakaguchi who called for a quotation for 2
jumbo taxis. The quotation was very reasonable (a little over 6,000 yen

Right in the middle of everything - we called it "Crazy
Street" - bright flashing lights, very noisy but hotel has lovely
quiet rooms with friendly service. Heaps of food places of all price
ranges and good shopping especially at Namba Walks shopping area near
trains. Taking Exit b21 was very easy to find the hotel. Interesting
quiet areas nearby. Easy to catch trains everywhere including Kansai
International. Never seen so many young people as at Dotonbori area both

Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence

Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

Very nice and clean rooms! A very nice wellness area imcluding pool,
fitness, sauna and japanese bath. People are very friendly and the
morning buffet is delicious and various. -
