  Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo, and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of pillows were also a bonus.   1. We got clean towels, robes, and new toothbrush everyday. Even we have put "sleeping" sign, they still gave a bag with clean stuff and hanged on door hanger. What a surprise. 2. Great location. I booked it for my mum and brother. But, I did get them signed in and when I dealt with the staff they were great and even though I was using Japanese I could here them speaking to other customers in clear English. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
