Like all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, the Prince Sakura Hotel had exceptional service. What made this hotel stand out was the size of our room. We had 3 adults staying in one room and it easily accommodated all of us, as well as had room for a sitting area (third bed was a pull out couch). The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower stall

The hotel is clean , safe, nice view, comfort with very helpful staff. They have tried their best to help us about our problems 24 hr. This is a luxury hotel , easy to access and relaxing . After a long day of traveling around , you can relax in a jaguzzi with warm and flower bath salt. The staff professionally help me ship parcels to the next hotel in Osaka. The shuttle bus from Shinagawa station is also helpful. This hotel is much better than excellent.

The bed was super comfy, and two huge TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, both rooms had city view of the river and the high rise buildings.

The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and
helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner
room. One overlooked a nice garden. It was quiet and restful, yet

The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous.
Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Easy transfer from the airport by airport bus limousine.
Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
Room size was large by Tokyo standards and the bathroom was lovely.
Coucagno was also amazing, can recommend the degustation menu.
Simply can't fault it.

We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen.
We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip.

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The Concierge staff were first rate. They got me all my bookings for the top restaurants with advance notice and keep me informed in all the places to explore. We loved our stay at the four seasons next time we are in Tokyo it's Four seasons all the way. Let me add the room service and Ekki Bar were first rate. -

We were doing a Michelin starred restaurant tour in Tokyo and the
manager of Customer Relation was extremely helpful. After a dozen emails
going back and forth, cancellation and reschedule, she mangaged to help
us to book some really fine restaurants. We couldn't ask for more.
