  The hotel was really excellent in all aspects. It was a 10 min walk from the Shinagawa station on JR line providing easy access to the city areas like Harujuku,Tokyo Station, Shinjuku without the hassle of changing to another Metro line. It is also an extremely peaceful location away from all traffic which is a great plus in Tokyo. Staff was wonderful, spoke excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western & Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

  Friendly staff, We arrived early, and got a room after 10 minutes. Good connection with limousine bus direct from Narita. Handy with shops and restaurants just under hotel.   Hotel is about 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku Station and in front of Tochomae Subway Station. Most of the staff speak English. The most impressive situation was when we checked out: due personal reason we needed to check out 1 day before scheduled, we didn't ask for any discount because it was our "fault", but the hotel said this was not fair t... τι λέει ο κόσμος » o us and (as we have paid at check in via credit card) they gave back to us the cash of 1 night. We used to travel all over the world and we have neve - It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.
