  Imaginatively decorated, modern rooms with all facilities and great comfort/style. Really nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location for railway station, Arena, old city and centre, with all attractions, and yet quiet.   Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage. They have... τι λέει ο κόσμος » parking, the driver took our car from the hotel and parked it somewhere else. - our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there. looking forward for the next year!

  Set in the hills of Verona with amazing views. The design and architecture are superb. The owner Alberto welcomes you with a warm smile and makes you feel at home. We had a young family and stayed in the studio which was away from the main building, but never the less beautiful. It was truly luxurious. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Mr. and Mrs Delser are great hosts. We will not forget our stay and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates style, beauty and friendliness.

  Amazing hotel, services on the top, very helpful personnel. The room very comfortable and looking amazing. Big and romantic backyard. relaxing and lovely. Free shuttle from the railway station and a lot of additional service u can get in the hotel. - Maria was fantastic. She greeted us with a small snack and a cafe.   Very friendly hosting. We got upgraded to suite because rooms were full, and was amazing room. Outside there is a lot of space, and small farm animals. - The hotel is brand new. Very organized and clean. Staff very friendly. Good location.
