If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. And the location - halfway between the Arena & Juliette's house - could not be beat - SO c

Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

A charming old property and one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owner was delightful and couldn't do enough for guests. The cleanliness was exemplary and could teach some 4 star hotels a thing or two. A thoughtful touch was the small room which provided free water, coffee and tea. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk to centre of Verona. Lovely massive room and bathroom, furnished in rustic style. There is a separate sitting room for guests with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, water dispenser and beer, all free. The garden, where breakfast was served is lovely and breakfast was varied and a full buffet available. There is a separate door to access the rooms so you can come in late without disturbing the owner. Free wifi in rooms.

Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage. They have

our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena.
The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?

We liked the beautiful house and the welcoming atmosphere. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) -

an ancient building. Two stylish old ladies at the reception ( the
owners I guess ) were very friendly. They gave us a discount while we
were paying as we missed our breakfast. And we were asked to pay at
check out. The price via booking com was pretty low for a place like
that.

This hotel can compare very well with some 4-star ones I have been to and when I asked the Management why it was classed only as a 2-star I was told it was because they did not have space for a lounge! Bureaucracy!!!
