The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the historic center on foot.They hotel staff arranged for the parking of our car, which we had reserved beforehand. The staff was very helpfull. - The location was absolutely perfect as was the food at the hotel.

Nice, atmospheric hotel. Good location. - The hotel is really well located. Even from the train station, the busstops at the corner of the hotel street (4-5 stops). If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

We were given a twin room, but when we asked for a double, they had no problem changing it. The double we were given was like a suite - very nice indeed. Staff were very friendly and helped us work out train times and book taxis. - Good value. Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and very helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect, half way between the two main squares in Verona and just over a five minute walk to the Arena.
The room was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was really large and well equipped. The room was really quiet. We didn't hear anything during our stay.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice and scrambled eggs, which was a nice extra. Cold drinks and prosecco were free during the day until 5pm in the lounge are?

The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you
are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant.

- Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra). But it`s not
really close to railway station, if you have a luggage it`s better to

Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

It is walking distance from the station. Laura, who runs this place is very helpful and pleasing. She dropped us to the theater as we were a little late for our Opera. The breakfast is huge and awesome. -

Owner of Villa Mainard was one of the nicest people we've ever met! Even with limited English, he was so helpful to us. Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and wonderful to stay in - we wish we could have stayed longer! We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)
