Offering free Wi-Fi, the Venetian apartments consist of a seating/dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. All come with a satellite flat-screen TV, resin floors and city views.
Guests can use a public water bus to move around the city. Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station is less than 2 km away. A shuttle service to/from Venice Marco Polo Airport is available on request.

From the pictures, I thought this would be a hole-in-the-wall in a back
alley. Not true! Very nice apartment in a perfect location! Easy to
find, 100 meters from the water taxi with helpful staff to check us in.
Right above a plethora of restaurants, shops and close to a convenience
store. Right around the corner from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment had
a queen bed in the bedroom, a full sized sofa-sleeper and an extra

It is a very modern, clean and spacious apartment. There is no better location! Only 1min. walk to the Rialto Bridge! The transport to there is fantistic and nearby! The only thing that was not nice, our cruise were in Venice at 7h00 and we have to wait until 14h30 to get into the apartment! For me it was also over-priced! There is no washing masjien!.
The apartment is located at the very central of the city center, and it's right next to the markets.The double bedroom is lovely, and the kitchen is great for cooking your own meal and hangout after a tired day.
Excellent location. Very clean and functional. Adequate space for family of 5. Ana was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Location.
1) Excellent location. It is only 1 minute walking to St. Marco Square.
2) Very spacious with 3 bedrooms apartment.
Location is good near Rialto bridge. Only good for that price.

The bedroom downstairs is a little uncomfortable, one because there is no open window/no fresh air, and second because the air con is very noisy!.
No place for luggage until check in time.
Sofa bed was not very comfortable

The Apartment climb to the 2nd Floor was very steep & labour required.Difficult for elderly couple.
The downstairs bedroom, stairs very steep and dangerous for children, having to pay extra for wi-fi.
Stairs. Entrance dirty unwelcome. Only one lightbulb out of six in bathroom working. Only one dark mirror in bathroom. No bedroom mirror. Tv in bedroom missing from wall. No ironing board. Small living room.
Airconditioning system is available only in living room but no facilities in a bed room.
1) They should list out the extra charge for late check in. We were
charge for extra euro 70 for check-in on 10:30pm which very
expensive.
2) Check-in time is not flexible.
3) 1 bathroom basin was cracked and another bathroom sink was blockage we cannot use it at all.
I stayed in the suites. We had to carry our suitcases to top floor then had to face rude Anna because we did late check in by half an hour. We felt very unwelcomed. But Marco sounded like a very nice person over phone conversation.
Staff send me apartment location change notice email 1 day before check in, hence check in day i spend more than 2 hours waiting and moving carrying heavy 2 baggage with family. Not very organized but Lady staff help me. Thank you.
This refers to the one bedroom apartment near Rialto bridge. If
you're prepared to wait out in the street for a couple of hours to
get your keys, this is your place. The bedroom is not air-conditioned so
stay away during hot days.
It was advertised as an ac room. However, there is only one ac for the
entire room which was good at the time of our visit (June). The staff
were as friendly as we would have expected. The room that we got was on
2nd floor without elevator which was a problem with our kid. Also, there
is no facility for leaving the luggage at the apartment which can be
problem if leaving late or arriving early. So, for the price, we were
not very happy with the apartment.
