Apartments at the Rialto Residenza are all air conditioned. Each comes with a kitchen and washing machine, together with a TV in the living area. The check-in office is a 10-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms although we had only booked for one got two, clean, had all basic equipment. On Venice itself, easy access walkable to St Marks sq in 20 minutes or get water bus. Lovely from straight outside flat onwards, in student district so had some local life not just tourists but not noisy at all in flat. Nice restaurants and bars close by. Affordable. Outside courtyard with chair and table although we did not use this much as weather was terrible (no view). Staff checked.

The neighborhood is very pleasant and more quiet than other busy districts of Venice, although it`s absolutely close, just 5 min walking distance, from Giardini and Biennale. this neighborhood is also very children-friendly as there is a broad corso nearby where The flat is cute with a vista to a litttle canale on a corner. Amenities are good, beds are good. It was as we wanted. A flat where we could sleep and eat when we needed. It was perfectly located. The price was fair and we paid in advance by credit card. It was clean and larger than we expected. Comfortable apartment in Castello district. Good location right near via Garibaldi. Supermarkets and fruit & vegetables market at two minutes distance. This falt was very good and clean.Person will recieve directly from the busstation.Service is good. Comfort. Clear.Everywhere close. Quiet.romantic area. I would like go again next time. Location was perfect and there was everything we needed in the apartment. The value is well, also the location, close to Rialto Bridge. Good apartment, good location, helpful staff, great price. A large apartment with a kitchen and various cookers. Everythings good. - Nice apartment in a quiet zone of venice. - Near to the main square and public transportation (about 10 minutes walk). Pleasant small apartment with good cooking facilities. Location by a small canal in the non touristy area. The ability to cook, wash etc. the gentleman who picked us up at the train station was lovely . Next to the Grand Canal. The apartments not the tv, soap, shampoo. Convenient location. Very central. Quiet location not far from the grand canal. 15 minute walk to San Marco Polo Square. Nearby bar with wifi and one really good restaurant close by. Also supermarket nearby. Rather nice apartments with the small yard inside. Romantic design like living in old Venice. The place was roomier and decorated with Venice artefacts. not far from Piazza San Marco. No view from inside flat so a bit dark which will be nice and cool in summer but not as good in winter. Walk from Piazzale Roma where bus drops you off from the airport to the flat is over 6 stepped bridges. With suitcases you need to be prepared. Or get water bus to St Basila and walk half distance and only 2 bridges. We were never offered this and fast pace made journey hard as we are not young anymore. But this is will be true of almost all journeys in Venice. On very hot days you'd struggle with just one fan in the apartment. Two fans would be good as the apartment heats up in the afternoon. Pick up service in order to get the keys is complicated if you don`t have a mobile phone. There was no wifi. Nothing. I thought I had booked a ground floor apartment as I am recovering from a quadruple bypass.Instead it was 4 floors up 84steps to climb three times daily. The free WiFi connection is via modem usb via computer, so you can't use your smartphone. some toiletries would have been useful. There's no wifi here. And it's cold in the night. No air conditioner. Guide took a long time and several phone calls to meet us despite knowing our arrival time at the train station. Apartment is for three but only one armchair and one mug/cup. Dirty towels and sheets left in cupboards. It would be useful to know the exact location beforehand. The location of the unit was right t the other end of Venice... No where near the one I booked and had email clarification for. Once I realised what had happened I emailed them but they just ignored me. They were there at 10am sharp to prepare for next people and it the response was 'oh well' with a shrug of the shoulders. They had their money ... (Payment on arrival) there was no hot water in shower . We left on the table in flash card, we wrote in an email with a request to find the flash cards, but we have not answered: (((. The mattress was bad and needs replacement. The shower the TV inoperable Difficult wifi. Very poorly appointed with uncomfortable bed. Inadequate seating. The washing machine did not work properly (did not spin). Decorations a bit tacky. Overall appearance was tired and needs refreshing/updating,. The room seems to be not very clean. The small yard inside is very dirty. The dishes also seem to be washed not properly. It is very stuffy in the rooms. There is no hot water!!! Far from the center but it is rather a plus because it is quiet outside. We were told of wifi and washing machine both were not provided. We were told to pay in cash upfront. The room was on 3rd floor with no lift. There was no info provided with places to see and how to roam around Venice. No airconditioning or fans. Far from the meeting place mentioned in booking (about an hour by battello) Had to wait a long time for a contact person. Staff arrogant. Pushed us out of the place before our extended check-out time, which lead that we left some items behind us in the rush. We first got into this situation. The fact that we booked and got totally different. Nothing is consistent with the statement: no location, no service, no facilities. Meet on arrival at the bus stop and phone calls about what we have learned over the 4 days prior to arrival - brought us the inconvenience and trouble. Our next trip will not be associated with this company. Having to argue with the agent into not being ripped off!!! These people tried to pass off a dank dark, damp ridden studio appartment as a bright airy 2 bed appartment. After 20 minuets they eventually agreed to bring us to a clean 1 bed appartment. Still not the 2 bed booked online. This is gross miss selling!!!.
