Excellent location! View from the balcony of our room was awesome! Price is very good for Venice. Antonio was very welcoming and helped us with all questions we had. Dominique seems has worse English so for more complex questions it's better to communicate with Antonio. Shared bathroom is good, also there were 3 bathrooms on 6 rooms so usually we didn't wait for bathroom at all. Breakfast was ok too: cereals, yoghurt, croissants, cookies, butter and cheese. Nothing special but it was enough to .
