  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The location to the beach was very close and the staff was helpful and friendly. It is very easy to get to the waterboats to get to Venice from this hotel. - The view of the sea from the room was fantastic; the minimalist theme for the room was cosy and mood-setting.   The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.
