  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! The water... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bus terminal is also a 5 minute walk, making it easy to get to the main island of Venice. Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

  It was a very comfotable hotel and very near to the bus and vaporetto to Venice. The stuff was very polite and the room really splendid with a marvellous view to the lagouna. As for the breakfast it was good but it could be better - The hotel accomodations are very good.   This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.
