  Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We traveled by c... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ar, and were able to take the ferry to the Lido and park behind the hotel. The room was spacious for three people with a nice view back towards the city. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the water bus station and there is a departmental store + supermarket nearby. - Superb location for both the L... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ido beach and for the boat in to Venice. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. The price was excellent for the location.
