friendly staff, comfortable rooms, a great wellness area and very centrally located. i guess it is one of the best places to be when you are visiting torino - Definitely a five-star hotel. Great spa. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Very good value for money.

For me, the residence was the perfect place to stay in Turin. The nearest entrance to Porta Susa Station was only 2-3 minutes away, and the west end of the town centre, with gardens leading down to Via Garibaldi and all the sights, was only a little further.

The Residence is a self-catering ho - The residence is located on a very quiet street, yet close to a vibrant neighborhood with shops and restaurants of all kinds. Piazza Castello, which is the heart of the city, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. But there's also line 56 from Duchessa Jolanda Street close by, or metro line1. The room is spacious and the kitchenette is really practical. I also used the gym once -- it was a real treat! The staff was very helpful with directions and all kinds of information.

Jenifer , the concierge was extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant and went beyond expectations. Very central, but in a quiet street. Easy walk to the sights and main square for dinner. The room was simply furnished but all new fittings and very clean. No air con but a fan. This apartment-hotel provides the best of both worlds: a fully equipped apartment with amenities like a hotel (daily maid service and very helpful staff -- great restaurant and touring suggestions etc.).

The suite we rented was really big. The amount of space gave a really luxury feel.
The appartment itself (1314) was quite funny. It probably used to be very hip and trendy back in the '80s, now it's a bit worn and outdated. But it doesn't take away the comfort. Actually some of the furniture may be really expensive nowadays. True 80s design!
