The suite we rented was really big. The amount of space gave a really luxury feel.
The appartment itself (1314) was quite funny. It probably used to be very hip and trendy back in the '80s, now it's a bit worn and outdated. But it doesn't take away the comfort. Actually some of the furniture may be really expensive nowadays. True 80s design!

Paolo was exceptionally personable and fun. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very large and had a great jetted shower. Breakfast was nice and the rest of the staff were accommodating. Being right next to main station Porta Susa and only a ten minute walk
to centre of Turin was perfect for us. It is also next door to Turins
best gelateria, ice cream shop, La Romana. Breakfast was very good value

As this was our 1st stop in Italy after a very long trip we loved the welcoming staff and ease of check in.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for suitcases and putting away of luggage.
We were very happy with the location. So close to the train station but not noisy at all.
We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel's customer service is easily 5 stars, but at 2 stars prices. Roberto and his staff have created a welcoming environment for all travels. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel was very well located near the river Po and only a 20 minute walk from the train station - particularly useful with young children. - Very close to central area of Turino. Only footsteps away from the main attractions and good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. - T

Excellent staff, especially during the breakfast which was great, excellent room cleanliness, great garage that was free for the hotel guests. Great for both business and holiday travelers - Very polite and helpful stuff. Absolutely comfortable and very good service.Strongly recommended
